I was so happy when I found this! Got it home put it together and was instantly skeptical of how light weight and flimsy it seemed and sure enough.. It was rubbish.
it didnt fit my toilet properly, it wobbled when my daughter would climb it, the "grip" on the bottom didnt stick properly so it kepts sliding away from the toilet!.
If made of heavier plastic and more hight options for the seat I think it could be really good!!
I duel toilet seat and step is the better option for us.
This seat is great for teaching kids to sit on the big toilet once they have the hang of potty time, while allaying fears of the 'big hole'. The all-in-one design is easy to put in place (my son even insisted on doing it himself once he got the hang of it), and is very sturdy. It is easy to clean & is compact enough to leave in the toilet room.
It is not so sturdy, however when there is a mat under the feet of the stool, and it will slip around if placed on a mat. I also found that it was not good for teaching boys to stand to go to the toilet, but was certainly an excellent starting point for toilet training.
