My 7 month old son has very sensitive skin with patches of eczema. I tried many creams, and as soon as i started using Dermexa it went away within 24 hours. Whenever any eczema appears now, I know that within a day or two it will be gone using this cream. I can't recommend it enough!

Loved using this on my little ones skin.  It absorbed really well and left no residue and improved the condition of his delicate skin. Will definitely be buying this in future!

The Aveeno cream is great for moisturising baby's skin in a moderate eczema outbreak, but not a severe one. My 9 month old has recently had a flare up on her hands, feet and tummy and the Averno Dermexa did a decent job of moisturising the areas so  they didn't crack or peel  they would have if left alone. The cream has a consistency somewhere between a cream and an ointment- as those with eczema and other skin conditions know, it's the ointments and oils, not so much the creams, that seem to do the best job of keeoing moisture locked in. I really liked the feel of the cream - while it did leave a slight residue on my hands  think this was a good thing it provided a barrier to moisture loss.

I certainly wouldn't recommend Aveeno Dermexa as an eczema 'treatment' and it would probably  of limited use in a a severe flare up, but as a good moisturiser for skin suffering from moderate eczema it did the trick.

My 3.5 month old was recently diagnosed with eczema and I began using this cream during a particularly bad flare up. Used in conjunction with a steroid cream due to the severity of the flare up, I'm convinced this cream helped to speed up the healing and reduce the discomfort my baby was feeling. The cream is a nice thick consistency and is slowly absorbed into the skin, helping to create a protective moisture barrier. I like that it was not fragranced and it did not cause any additional skin irritation to my baby. I'm continuing to use it twice a day to keep bub's skin well moisturised. We've not yet had another flare up so I will continue to use this product.

I've used the normal aveeno products myself so was extremely excited to try the baby cream on my 20month old. She's only just started getting eczema which is devastating. I love that it's fragrance free (less chemicals) it absorbs easily and felt nice on her skin. It gave her instant relief from the itching and next day there was a noticeable reduction in the redness of her eczema patches. I would certainly recommend this cream to anyone and will be purchasing it again myself.

I recently used this product on my toddler who has had a dry, red eczema patch on her face for over 6 months. After a week of using the cream morning and night, the eczema spot is gone! We have tried many products before and they have all failed to work.

The cream spread really well and soaked in quickly which is ideal for a young child who may be tempted to rub at their eczema. The tube is big and as it spreads so well, we have only used a tiny amount. We have been continuing to use the cream as a whole body moisuriser and my toddlers skin is so soft now. I would definitely recommend it to others who have children with mild eczema.

Ive been wanting to try out the Aveeno Baby Dermexa cream on my Daughter (5.5 months) so this has been a great opportunity.

She has had, since being about 3 weeks old, small dry patches of skin on her thighs and elbow areas. They haven't got worse but we've not been able to get rid of them (and we've tried doing nothing to using a number of creams/oils)

The Dermexa cream has a nice consistency and a little goes a long way. It has no scent and doesn't leave a greasy residue on baby's skin (or your hands). I applied it once a day after bubs bath and after about 5 days the dry areas on her thighs had gone. She still has some smallish dry areas on her arms so will continue to address these - possibly I need to use twice daily on these areas.

All in all, a great cream that will definitely be regularly used in our house.

Through reviewing this product I found it to be lovely and soft. No offensive scents to irritate sensitive skin more. I used this product on my 1-3 year olds and am looking forward to getting more to use for my newest baby coming in the new year. It was gentle and effective at keeping the skin nice & soft.

I used this on my 10 month old daughter, who has moderate eczema. I generally find that constant moisturising is key to keeping on top of eczema. As a moisturiser, it was good, but unfortunately, it wasn't particularly good as a specialist eczema cream.  I would use it again though, it has a nice feel on her skin and did help to keep it soft.

I have been using the moisturiser for a couple of weeks now and I have loved it! My son has sensitive and eczema prone skin and most lotions will cause rashes, irritations and flare-ups. I was using a different brand previously and was quite happy with it, but then they stopped making it which was so disappointing. What followed was a series of trial and error trying to find a new brand of lotion.

Finally, having tried this lotion, I won't look back. It's lovely and thick and rich, but never greasy. It absorbs quickly into my son's skin and leaves it lovely and soft. It has no fragrance and no strong smells at all. Most importantly, it hasn't caused any irritations. It was even effective on nappy rash which came on a couple of days ago - I thought why not try dabbing a bit of this lotion on and the next day the rash was almost gone!

That being said, my son doesn't have severe eczema so I couldn't attest to how well it would work on babies with serious flare ups. But for my son's mild eczema and sensitvie skin, it's been very effective.

it's not sticky oily so it looks good when applied and I can feel my baby's skin to be soft how it should be rather than rough which it was before. I m quite happy with it. Although eczema hasn't gone away but it definitely helps soothe baby itchy skin

Aveeno Dermexa works really well. It's easy to apply - thick enough to be effective but unlike some other creams, isn't too thick to absorb. It quickly (pretty much immediatly) goes into the skin and doesn't leave any residue, not shiny or oily or visibly seen which is great. Was effective for both my kids - one who's skin is worse than the other. Skin was noticeably not dry anymore or scaly, Rashes were gone within a day and patches of eczema settled in days. Aveeno didnt sting when applied like other moisturisers have. Worked really well for us. I started using it myself and it worked well for me too. Skin not dry or irritated. I especially liked the consistancy. Will buy for on going use. great for using daily which is what we need.
