Parent Reviews and Comments

I've been using it for over 6 months now and absolutely love it. Great value for money, easy to use and convenient. I have spent over 600$ on one pram and another 800$ on another pram before, stored bassinets, seat units and still had to buy a small stroller when bubs were about 1.5-2year olds.

Now after used it with my older son who was 18kgs I'm using it for baby nr.3 and will never fo back to the other prams again. No need to carry the bulky basinette or change it to a seat unit when the baby is about to sleep, in fact, when one of her brothers felt asleap I put him in the stroller and carried the newborn in the carrier. It is still confy for a 2+ year old kid who grow out of the other prams' seat units over half year ago! I have read the reviews comlaining about the weight capacity of it but it's obviously a great pram for any stroller aged kids.

Love the easy collapse option too, I can do it whith one hand while standing and carriing the baby in my other hand!

The shopping basket is quite large, but it still could be larger.

Would buy again anytime.

I really don't understand all the positive reviews I've seen for this one. It doesn't actually carry up to 22kg as advertised, as this is inclusive of the 5kg you can put in the carry basket, so the weight range is the same as all the other prams/strollers. The straps are ridiculously short, both for shoulders and waist. I think it would only fit my daughter until max 2 1/2 years. Perhaps it would be OK if you had a very short child. We returned ours and are back to our pram until we find something better.

I have found this stroller very easy & convenient to use. It folds easily & is very lightweight. One rainy day we managed to fold it down and it fit on the floor underneath my passenger's feet in our ute.

It has very sturdy construction and I can place all my shopping on the handles and it has never once tipped, even without DS in it. I love the swivel wheels on the front and that all four wheels have separate brakes. It is so very easy to manoeuvre, even with one hand! We often take it off-road down the back of our place to a wetlands and it has no trouble going over grass, dirt & rocks. The wheels don't rattle either, which you get with a lot of umbrella-style strollers. The wheels are a lot thicker than standard strollers.

It has a multi-position layback and the storage basket is ample compared to other strollers.

My favourte feature of this stroller is that it holds up to a weight of 22kg (as compared to 18kg for most other strollers) which is perfect for us, DS is 10.5kg @ 8mths so I know we will still get plenty more use out of it.

I love that it is equal, if not better, quality as the upmarket brands such as MacLaren yet it is less than half the price!

Probably the only critical points I could make is that the sun shade is not quite long enough to cover at all times and the storage basket is not easily accessible when bub is in layback position.

After trying out Maclarens, Silvercrosses, Valco's and Steelcraft - just to mention a few - this is by far the best stroller I have pushed.

The Alpha is made in OZ, a better product and sells for a 3rd of the price.

It is super comfy, the design is great and it folds beautifully. I am stunned that I don't see more out and about. This is better than most high-end strollers.
