I bought this pram second hand from a friend who told us how fantastic it was. I now regret the purchase.

Positives: lots of head room for my todler

Negatives: pram tips back with weight in the todler seat when it is on the back

Not much space between the todler seat and main seat when todler sits at the front. The baby doesn't have much space.

The hood falls off and is hard to move.

when the todler seat is on the back the main seat can't be reclined

the lightest has to sit in the back and that seat can't be reclined.

the whole pram is flimsy and looks like it has been made cheaply

the brake is hard to engage, sometimes I think it has engaged and it hasn't.

not much storage under the pram

I wouldn't recomend this pram to anyone and I will never buy another Phil and Teds pram.

I choose this pram based on recommendation and because it has a second seat attachment and I plan on having children close together.

Positives - Great flexibility in seat recline angle, fantastic turning circle, collapses flat.

Negatives - The sun shade can be annoying, constantly falls off when you open and collapse the pram. It is very heavy and can be stiff to unfold and collapse. I find it difficult lifting it in and out of the car. While it handles well on the flat it is unstable when going up a curb or step due to the moving front wheel, you can lock the wheel which solves this but that is annoying when out and about. The excess length in the straps can be a pest. The thing I most disliked is that there is no ability to have child face you, however there is a peanut attachment for this purpose which I will get for my next baby.

If I had a choice to buy this pram again I'm not sure that I would.

I was excited to get this pram and I had done quite a lot of research on the net and talking to people in-store. The reasons I choose this pram was because it has a second seat attachment and I plan on having children close together. I picked this pram over the strider because the wheel bases is narrower and I read a lot of reviews where people complained about the width of the strider base and not being able to fit through checkouts etc. I am however a bit disappointed with this pram.

Positives - The recline is very good. The turning circle is great. It is easy to wipe clean.

Negatives - The sun shade is a pain in the bum. It constantly falls off when you open and collapse the pram. It is very heavy and I find it difficult lifting it in and out of the car. It feels very unsturdy when you are walking on slopes. It is really expensive. There was a factory recall on the explorer because the brake was faulty.

If I had a choice to buy this pram again I would not.

Loved the fact that it folded compact but overall one of the worst I have had. Newborn is hard to access and it tips easily. I also did not like the fact that the toddler seat has no recline.

I thought this pram would be the only one I bought but I got rid of  it after 5 months. I walk a lot and found it to be terrible over bumpy footpaths. It felt like it would tip over going up kerbs. Storage space is ok but even with a couple of kilos in there the steering is really bad. The basket is supposed to hold 5 kg. When you attach the 2nd seat on the bottom you lose basket space. The sunhood is large but comes off sometimes. I had the capsule adaptor and this was great while ds was little as he could keep sleeping.
