I use this paw paw ointment for my baby girl's nappy rash, because we use MCN's and can't use normal nappy creams.
It's great because it doesn't have petrochemicals, and leaves her skin nice and soft. It only took two days of using it to clear up her nappy rash, and I just put a little bit on there every day to keep the rash away.
Works wonders! It's a bit more expensive then other nappy rash creams, but you use so little of it, it lasts a lot longer than normal creams as well.
