i tried these when my son was a few months old and they never worked for me, i have a huge milk supply and a really big let down, i wore breast pads and soaked through them every feed even when my son was 11 months old, so i found when i wore the lily padz they pretty much just floated off...in saying that after reading the other 2 reviews maybe i didnt have them placed correctly, i have a newborn at the moment so once my milk supply settles down again im willing to give them a try as i did find them very comfortable and would love to go without a bra overnight.
These are great, and really do work. You have to make sure you put them on properly though, otherwise milk will pool in them. But if you follow the directions properly they work perfectly. I like that they are very slim fitting so they can't be seen through your clothes. It's great that they can be washed and dried so quickly, I think this makes them more convenient than machine washable nursing pads.
The only thing I would mark them down on is that it's kind of hard to put them on totally correct while trying to be discreet. If possible I like to go and find a private place to reapply them properly after I've put the baby down, just to ensure they don't leak next time I feed. But apart from that they're great, no complaints!
