First thing is that it was easy to assemble. I like this rocker because I am able to move it the way baby likes it. Im not really a fan of the mechanical ones. The toys and music keep baby busy and occupied especially when I am busy. It is also easy to move around the house though the toy bar got off a couple of times. But still a solid rocker!
I searched for months when pregnant with my last baby to find a rocker like this, I specifically wanted one I could rock with my foot at my own pace as that way you can adjust to what the baby likes instead of those that just bounce or move mechanically.
Bub loved the vibration for the first few weeks and it was a godsend in helping him get to sleep some nights! as he got older he loved the music and the toys although the toy bar moves very easily and a couple of times he pulled onto his face and scared himself (it's padded so didn't hurt him).
It was light enough to carry around the house/yard with me and was great when hanging out washing or doing outside things as he was out of the sun and off the ground.
Overall it was a huge success here and I am always recommending it to family and friends :-)
This was a gift from a friend. My 11 wk old DD loves the vibration and the music, and the dangly toys. It was easy to assemble and light to carry around to different rooms. The rocker can also be set at a stationary position which is handy for when my DD sleeps in it. My only criticisms are that the toy bar snaps out of place easily which gets pretty annoying, and the safety belt was far too large for when my DD was a newborn (she was average weight at birth).
