Mind Gardener step 12 that we did in pregnancy is working a treat. The music we played her in the womb is like a drug for her now. Guaranteed sleep time. It really is amazing watching her face as she remembers the tunes. Such contentment! It must be awesome in the womb if her reaction is anything to go by!

What a fantastic tool to help you enjoy all facets of pregnancy and motherhood! My baby is four months old and I found the bump to baby guide fantastic during my pregnancy and the challenging times of the first 3 months. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to focus on their minds and not just bodies - a great way to remind yourself to live in the moment of the pregnancy and parenthood, really enjoy it and not get so caught up by "complaints" and "problems"!

I love the Bump to Baby Guide. I am in my 30th week of pregnancy and have used the activities all through my pregnancy. I particularly loved the reminders about being mindful of what I am going to do after the baby arrives and what type of parent I want to be. It stopped me from being obsessed about my pregnancy complaints!
