I am using this book now and have found it to be of great help. It provides information on all sorts of issues such as pre-pregnancy health, preg calendar, antenatal care, nutrition & exercise, plus birthing options - all in clear language for my babybrain.
My DH and DS (10 yrs) have also been using the book to find out how bubs is growing and what things they can do to help me - Like vaccuming the lounge! :-)
The only negative is that it is UK-based so some of the terms are different to those in Oz. Eg: Parentcraft classes = antenatal classes. However the book was first published in 1985 and remains very popular in the UK, so it can't be too bad.
