Eat Your Way to Parenthood was a delightful read. As the title says, it informs the reader of what eat to boost your fertility. It contains yummy and easy to follow recipes that will help you boost fertility. It also has links to useful free tools such as a weekly food map blueprint to help you get on track with healthy eating. Just as important, it discusses foods to avoid, and answers those common questions such as why do you need to stop eating 3 hours before going to sleep?! And urges to STAY AWAY FROM MICROWAVES.
This book is a life saver for me given that I had gestational diabetes with 2 out of 3 of my children and am prone to type 2 diabetes later on in life.
I reccommend this book to anyone who is currently trying to conceive or to those who want to maintain a healthy diet. A must read.
