Great book to know where to start for first time mums. Has some basic starter recipes. It explains what foods to introduce at what age. A checklist so you can tick off the foods bub has tried. Lots of food combination ideas, a menu planner and meal chart in the back to create your own meal combinations. Also has info on food reactions, what to look for and what to do and handy information throughout the book. At the back there is space to write about your baby's journey through solids. Which I find great to look back on.
Overall I found this book easy to follow and a great help in the kitchen as I am a first time mum.
I agree with the other reviews, this is a great book for new solids. It lists easy options for food, when to give it and when to increase it, when to give yoghurt and so on.
Either buying off the shelf or making your own food or a bit of both, this book is very useful.
It even has a section where you can record what foods baby will eat and a meal planner
