I was given this book as a baby shower present (which I thought was a great idea) from a friend.
I didn't get around to reading it until my bub arrived (had it with me in hospital) but was glad to have it!
I found the book to be full of useful information and advice on breastfeeding. Since reading it through, I have also gone back to use it as a reference for little things I wanted to check on (ie mastitis, EBM storage, medications safe to take).
A definite read for a first time breast feeder who wants straight forward and practical information.
I also recieved this when I joined the ABA. I loved it in the early days when everything was going wrong - the ABA consultants even directed me to specifica pages when I called them, whichwas really helpful.
However, it is pretty text-dense which makes it difficult to follow when I wanted a really quick answer.
Overall, a nice gift from the ABA and i've definitely utilised it frequently!
