I was given athis sling as a baby present for my first child. It is a wonderful sling. Very comfortable, when sized correctly, baby is 'visable and kissable' I used this sling until my daughter was around 2.5yrs, was one of my most valuable parenting tools.

I am using the same sling with my new son (10lb 8oz born) and have purchased a further 2 for colour variety.

I purchase these slings as baby pressents now for all my friends.

Purchase price $40...company will resize the sling if it does not fit correctly.

This is a great entry level sling, I think it was only around $40 or so from ebay. We wanted to try a cheap sling before we forked out hundreds on an ergo or something in case our bub didn't like it, but he seems quite comfortable in the nurture sling, he's all squished up as it's a bit womb-like but he's slept soundly in it each time we've used it.



I purchased the biggest size so my 6'2" hubby could use it too and even though I'm also tall I think it is a little big for me; I feel like our little man is hanging a bit low and I have to cradle him in my arm a bit. I think it will be good when he's older; he's only 6 weeks and seems to get lost in it at the moment. When I've worn it to do grocery shopping I have to hold him against me if I bend over slightly to reach anything so I don't know how practical it would be for trying to get housework done etc (I haven't worn it at home). Tyler also seems to get quite hot in it; I wouldn't want to use it outdoors on a warm day. Even dressed in a short onesie in air conditioned woolies he was fairly warm when I got him out.



The sling is very well made and folds up small to fit in your nappy bag. It's nice strong cotton and is easily washable. It's a bit tricky to get him into it by yourself at first although I found if I laid it open on the car seat next to his capsule and put him in it then looped it around my shoulder to put it on it felt safer.
