We were given this carrier from friends when our bub was 5 months old. I had read from other reviewers that their bubs had grown out of Baby Bjorns quite quickly and was a little sceptical. However, we found our Little Miss fitted really well despite being quite long for her age and enjoys looking out at the world.
Pros- Very comfortable and distributes weight evenly
- Easy to put on and adjust
Cons- Gets hot and sweaty in summer

I was tossing up between an ergo and this carrier and ended up buying this one.
PROS -the carriers very comfortable, with wide padded straps and a hip belt to distribute weight over the hips, so much better than the usual baby Bjorn design. It is very easy to get on and off and to adjust.
CONS - its a bit bulky and takes up a lot of room in the pram and won't fold to fit in baby bag. Cant be used for a newborn. Baby can face in or out which is good, however it can't be used as a backpack like the ergo.
Overall this is a good carrier if you want to use it for long periods of time and want something easy to put on.

This is a great carrier for older babies. I'm very happy with my investment.
You carry the weight with your legs rather than your back.
We go for long walks together. He faces out when he is awake and he faces in when sleepy. I leave it half undone when I am cooking so he can see what I am doing.
You can find it in much cheaper from ebay in the US.
As with all carriers it gets hot in a QLD summer.
