4 small chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
4 tortillas
1 cup reduced fat sour cream or natural yoghurt
1 220g jar of salsa
8 large lettuce leaves, washed and dried
1 large red onion, cut into wedges
1 red capsicum, seeds removed and finely sliced
2 avocados sliced

Busy Reseach Help Wanted Section Needs Your Attention

There are a number of media requests in our Research Help Wanted section of the Forum. SBS TV's Insight program is looking for dads who may have suffered PND, 60 Minutes is researching smacking children, and Grazia magazine is wanting to interview new mums going back to work earlier than planned - just to name a few.
