Preparation time: 35 minutes
Cooking time: 90 minutes
Serves: 6

600g beef mince
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small carrot, finely chopped
2 sticks celery, finely chopped
125ml white wine
700g bottle tomato passata
125ml water
2 tspn dried oregano or basil
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
300ml carton thickened cream

It's a bit like MSN Messenger where you can see if other forum members that you have marked as 'friends' are online - and if they are, you can open up a message box and have a private real-time online chat with them.

Easier than the Private Message system (which is still great if your friends are offline, or you want to message another member who is maybe not a 'friend') and more private than the LiveChat system.
