A Fantastic nice plush carseat that will take you from birth to 18kgs, you can keep it facing the rear until 12kgs (but I dont know why you would want to as I have never had a baby that liked travelling that way, they were all happy when they faced the front!) has a stabilising bar for rear facing that slides in neatly when you turn the seat for older babies. Also comes with a baby insert to keep them snug in the seat (easily removed as bubs grows) seat belt straps, and a messy mat to protect your car upholstery from spills and marks from the seat.

Comes with a nice deep hood to shade bubs from the sun which I found invaluable (although hubby whinged it obstructed his view, I never had any problems with it). Has a full harness, a nice deep pocket for dummies toys etc and a handy toyloop so if bubs drops their favourite toy its still within reach.

Has a nice thick piece of fabric behind the buckle so it doesnt dig into bubs crotch (also great for hot summer days as it doesnt touch baby). Three positions for the seat belt as bubs grows and seat is in a nice reclined postion so their head doesnt end up in their lap when they are asleep like some seats.

Super safe with side impact protection and a nice deep seat. Only downside I would say is they advertise this seat from birth to 4 year olds but my daughter has outgrown hers at 18kgs just after turning 2! Apart from the weight she still fits in it quite comfortably although she is almost touching the hood.

A little bulky when rearfacing in smaller cars but fine when facing forward.

Overall a really good seat that doesnt cost the earth without the wanky extras like the speakers in the AHR (does a baby REALLY need their own speakers!!)

I have this car seat in my car, Its got the Easy take off cover making it easy to clean, Easy buckle 6pt harness. Very Comfy.

Only problems I find.



Having the Hood on - Restricts view out back window (Never used it)

When laying down (Reclined) For smaller cars it doesnt leave much room in the front as its bulky.

Also when reclined an extention strap is needed for hatcbacks.



I have a mazda astina hatchback and Id only recommend this or forward facing children or people with bigger cars.
