I paid a bit extra for the full layback, covered stroller and didn't regret it.  Also this stroller has a 'full bar' handle which enables you to push it with one hand, a bonus with extra shopping.  The fairly deep basket (holder) underneath was great too.  Great value for money and easy to open up with one hand and easy to fold down too!  Haven't had any trouble with this WA made brand.  Love their high chair too! Included foot cover...
