Extremely comfortable padded shoulder straps. Easy to put on, once you watch the DVD. I have had my son in a Baby Trekker since birth. At 4 months he was sick of facing me, so I turned him to face out. I also find the back pack option very valuable when I need to carry large items (5 wearing positions available). Provides excellent back support, 100% cotton and machine washable, and will take my son right up to 18kg's - although he better be doing his own fair share of walking by then :) By far, the best baby item I have bought!
