Due to health issues we recently had to cancel/change a couple of family member's flights. The staff were very understanding - they waived the cancellation fee and were very kind in wishing me good health. You don't often find this kind of good service these days.

We've flown with VB before and like them. Flight was Bne > Sydney.   Staff are helpful, young and happy.  Love that there are individual tv screens at the back off all chairs and that they actually had a number of children's channels including educational.  Cost was $4-90.  (Qantas flight we had home had no radio channel for kids and the tv show they aired was definitely NOT for children).

I've been flying with Virgin since ds was 8 weeks old. They are always easy to fly with, and the staff always talk to ds and ask his name. Even though you have to pay for food, there is a good choice with healthy options - my ds loves the cheese and crackers. Or you can just take you own snacks. They have litlle tvs in each seat now too so if kids get really bored you pay $6 to watch and it has all the kids channels too.

Staff were really great and very helpful with 2 kids. All the families were put to the back of the plane which was good because we were close to the loos and my kids had fun with the other kids.



Have to say, being tall I found that there was not too much leg room but it was only a flight between Syd-Bne so it wasn't for long.



No inflight entertainment other than the audio is a bit boring, but that's ok.
