I've used Bottom Balm on my 13 week old since he was born whenever his bot is a bit red and the redness goes by the next one or two nappy changes. He's never had a really bad rash, but so far it works well on the 'redness' he sometimes gets. The product also has a lovely mild lavender smell and is absorbed into the skin well.
