i love this cream!! i have used every nappy rash cream under the sun and was given desitin as a sample by the chemist. it cleared up nappy rash in no time,even fixes hubby's chafing and toddler redness from not cleaning properly down there!!

my onlydownfall-if you dont be careful the white stuff sticks on your clothes,fingers,linen..but small price to pay for a wonderful product.

This is a fabulous product. COmpared to other creams it has a very high zinc componenet which is what forms the barrier to keep baby bottom rash-free. my son is 17months and even with horrible teething poos, the redness would clear up overnight. he has only had bad nappy-rash once, caused by gastro-diarrhoea, which required cortisone and anti-fungal cream to clear up. It is thick, and can cause staining on clothes, but the fact its so thick is why it works so well.

I was using curash but bub was still getting nappy rash. I tried natural creams like medihoney with no luck. then I read about desitin and nappy rash is history. no problems with stains either.

my bub suffered from fungal nappy rash from the get go. after resorting to cortisone to clear it up, i have found the only thing to keep it at bay has been desitin. however, i think it is responsible for leaving lots of stains on clothes, so that is definitely a downer. i still use it though, as things like paw paw ointment an other natural products just don't keep my bub rash-free.
