I absolutely love this cream. My youngest angel has a very sensitive bottom and this always clears it right up.  Its great as a barrier cream too. I know its quite thick but thats one of the reasons that it works so well.

I can't rave enough about this stuff! Cleared up a particularly bad case of nappy rash in a matter of days. My 2yo was more comfy and happy, so I was too!

we've used this so many times when he's come up with a red bottom..... its great. by the next nappy change, its settled right down again.



although very thick (and sometimes hard to apply) it DOES WORK!



for a large tuge, its about $15, so i'd say its cost effective too.

This cream is really thick and sometimes it can be a little hard to apply without bub crying, but it really works wonders as a barrier, especially overnight.
