This is a good nappy rash cream.

But I agreed that the metal packaging is not practical. I will not buy anymore if they dont improve their packaging.

 ive used this cream since my child was a baby, its makes the redness go away almost the next day and by day 3 its completely gone if she had a bad case of nappy rash, but normally by the next day its gone,  i was told about this product thru a friend and we love it... its worked and fixes up redness and soreness straight away i will never go back to the other creams it fantastic

 

 

Why do they persist with the old style metal tube (like the ancient toothpaste tube) which cracks after a bit of use, leaking all over the nappy bag? The product is lovely, but I won't buy it because of the packaging.

Although this creme is well priced it seemed runny and was not particuarly effective in preventing/curing nappy rash in my son. Not something I would buy again.

This is "nanny's magic fix it" cream - I've always got a tube in the cupboard, for the big kids, as well. At the first since of redness, I put it on, and it is gone by the next nappy change. Melts in to skin very well, keeping it well moisturised.
