My daughter didnt really appreciate this rocker until she was 4 months old - not sure why. Now she loves it, only problem is because we have carpet it doesn't rock as well, if at all and I think the vibration and music mode is a slight waste in our case. If I was to purchase a rocker again I would get something with a little more rock in it and no music as it can be slightly annoying. Overall it's really a designer chair isn't it??

The Love N Care Royal Rocker is a practically perfect product. It has so many features and doesn't cost a mint, plus you can get them practically new from eBay.



Best features:

* vibration - many other rockers don't have it.



* music - can play either instead of, or at the same time as, the vibration. You don't have to choose one or the other. The music was repetitious, as these things are, but hey, if it soothes the baby, fine.



* Big adjustable hood - I used it outside so bub could hang with me while I did laundry or had a cuppa.



It has lots of other features, some of which I never even used. Like I didn't even realise the backrest moved like the Love N Care pram and high chair. And I never used the mosquito net, but it's a nice extra thrown in and has its own pocket.



I also liked that it's an Australian owned company and that it was black & beige, which fit into our decor.



My one complaint is that the toy bar constantly came off because the sliding mechanism to put it on didn't lock.



I should say that, while it is a great product, I hardly ever used it. I originally bought it to keep baby happy around dinner time. But we rented one of those clear bassinet/bathtub combos on wheels and used that instead. By the time baby had grown out of that, she was happy enough on the mat on the floor.



Still, for going to friends' houses, or putting baby outside with you, this is a perfect product.
