Half the mums in my mothers group bought this chair - the other half who had splashed out big money on fancy ones ALL ended up going to IKEA to buy it as well as it so much easier to clean! I may be partial being Swedish but I love it. My DD just throw the whole chair on the floor with as much power as she could manage - which did break the tray - but not to worry replacing it (tray is sold speretaly) will cost me a grand total of $10!

I love this highchair because it is so easy to clean. I had a flash, padded high chair initially but found it too much trouble to clean. However I would like this highchair to come with a better strap, or a better method of tightening the strap.

I love this chair. The height is perfect for squishing up against a table without the tray so that bubs can be part of a family meal. It is sooo easy to clean - if it gets in a bad state I simply pop it under the shower and rinse it off. There are no nooks and crannies for food to hide in. Affordable as well. The only complaint is that I would like to see it have a 5-point safety harness.

The one and only high chair we have bought due to not wanting to spend a lot on it. Really like the easy to clean and lightweight design. Also like the optional tray which is removable. The highchair has come in handy for other activities also like painting and watching me cook dinner etc..

After trying a few friend's high-chairs, this was definitely the one for me. It matches any decor, is SUPER DUPER easy to clean and doesn't take up half the dining room.
Would recommend it for anyone!

VERY pleased with this. Its a very cheap high chair - but its fantastic. Its really easy to clean. Its not a huge monstrosity taking over your kitchen, its compact and neat.
Downside maybe that it doesn't have wheels or that it doesnt' fold up - but you can easily take the legs off and travel with the base. It doesn't recline, but its for eating, not napping in!! Extra padding you can get was great when babe was young.

We bought a very expensive high chair which is great but impossible to clean. This high chair is probably better for older babies, the expensive one we have is more padded and secure for when they are smaller, but Ikea high chair great for when they are a bit older. It's so easy to clean, can be easily moved, you can remove the tray to have it up against the table and best of all it's cheap! You can afford to buy additional ones to leave at the grandparent's houses. I really recommend this high chair, I just don't think it's very comfortable for younger babies, but great when they are a bit older.

I love this chair. So so easy to clean. I bought it with the tray for $49. It is the perfect height for pulling up to a standard table (with tray removed). It's light-weight yet sturdy. Legs can be removed if required for storage or travel. I previously had a second hand Peg Perego which drove me nuts due to tray being too high for my baby and padding that tore and retained food remnants. Bub needs to able to sit upright, very well. Not good for a very young baby.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this high chair! After reading the reviews i got on hear and speaking to other mums IRL, i decided this was the high chair for me!
Being a first time mum, i have wanted only the best for my dd and i always thought best meant spending lots of $$$....how wrong i was! For a measley $50 you get a perfect highchair that is sooo easy to clean and carry around. My daughter absolutely loves it and is happy to sit in it even when its not lunch/dinner time. I think there are only 2 downsides to the chair a) it doesnt have padding (although a blow up cusion can be bought seperately for smaller bubs) and my dd when excited arches her back and tends to hit her head on the back of the chair......but then again having no padding/cover makes it sooo much easier to clean and b) it cant be folded for storage. Otherwise I think this is a perfectly affordable and effective high chair!

I had an more expensive highchair with all the bells and whistles, but found it really hard to clean. So I sold it and bought this one and I love it.
Easy to clean, small, comfortable, light and cheap. Would recommend it to all my friends.

Bought this for my second son - it's much better than the all singing version we had for number one.
Cleans very easily, dismantles in a moment for storage or travel. Can use with tray, or without at the table. Strap is simple and secure - even though it is lap only - because there is no footrest, my son can't climb out. If you want to use it with a small bub, Ikea sell an inflatable (wipeclean) cushion. And the cost: suberb!! The small cost & easy clean feature must be why you see it at so many cafes and restaurants.

This is a cheap and practical chair that is very easy to keep clean. Tray can come off to seat child at table as they get older.
Have found not good when child is very young as there is no support or tilt function but for the toddler onwards - it's the way to go!

This highchair, recommended to me by fellow Hubbers, has won me over for value for money, ease of use & cleaning.
Value for money - I paid $39 for this chair & tray. I can remove the tray later on & the chair will fit under the edge of my dining table, which means I don't have to purchase a separate chair for my son when he wants to sit at the 'big table'. Ease of use- This chair is very light , I can pick it up with one hand (empty) to move it. The lapbelt is sufficient to stop him from getting his legs under him. I can stand the whole highchair over things on the floor ie:toys, bucket, stool, mess! when my son is in the chair I can either lift the whole caboosh or pull/push him accross the floor. The legs come out & the tray comes off easily for travel/storage & it's very light as well. Cleaning - one quick wipe & this baby is clean. The only crevice is between the chair & table which is easily removed & cleaned. Having said that food rarely getys caught there ATM. Added bonus, when the mess is too great the whole chair can be easily carried to the shower & washed off. Downside of this chair - on occasion I have sat in front of it & pulled it towards me by the tray. This disconnects the tray from the chair. When i purchased this chair DS was 4-5 months & too small to sit in it effectivly so I had to put a cushion behind him. I have owned a plush cushioned chair but found cleaning it a lengthy annoying process. This chair will be with me for life!

We love these high chairs, they have been terrific for our twins. Practical, affordable and easy to clean.

This high chair has been fantastic. It is not an all-singing and all-dancing high chair but the beauty of this is in the simplicity.
It has a more than adequate food tray which is easily removed for cleaning. The design of the chair means that it is impossible for food to get trapped anywhere! The plastic that the chair is made of also cleans very easily and after a heavy amount of use, ours is still a pristine white. There is only a single strap to harness a child in however the child is reasonably secure when in the chair but we never leave our son alone when he's in the chair. We are also lucky that our son is not a prolific climber and is more than happy to sit. When babies are first learning to sit up, you can buy a blow up cushion which helps to make the child feel more comfortable and secure. The Antilop cannot be adjusted in height, the seat does not recline and it does not fold up which may be a drawback for some. However, it does not take up a great amount of room and when the child is ready to sit at the table, the tray can be removed. It has been fantastic to buy something baby-related that doesn't cost a lot of money and is so practical.
