I don't have the valco brand - I purchased a 'baby dina' Infa brand - very similar - totally great for the littlie who is not yet tall enough for the kitchen table & falls off the chair....

RE: Easy to clean - just a wipe down - or even take it outside with a little dish detergent & the hose - leave to dry over nite



RE: flexibility it's not really applicable - I just leave it attached to the table



Value for money!!! The brand I purchased was on $39.95 - the cheapest!!



Obviously you couldn't put a little babe in it - as it has no recline - but great for the toddler!
