Summary: Not very good
July 22nd, 2008
This is not a very good chair - i have the white/cream colour and it looked great untill the first time it was used - it stained terribly (just from vegemite, tomatoes and pasta) and the stains do not clean off. My wheels fall off and -how do i put this without being rude- the t bar does not have a lot of clearance for the more well-endowed baby boy... little man has nearly done himself a nasty injury to the crotch if he's slouching when i try to sit him in the chair! terrible terrible chair, i am going to be buying another and put this one in the tip, it is that bad that i would not  even give it to the salvos as it is a danger when the wheels fall out

Summary: love it
July 14th, 2008

We bought this expecting it to be totally impractical as it is totally gorgeous. However, it is suprisingly easy to clean and has been a great high chair. The white vinyl is super soft and is beautifully padded. I bought the white one and didnt see the black version at all.

Now, in relation to the wheel problem you are all having, I was speaking to my husband who put it together and he said the wheels need to be pushed in VERY firmly (in instructions), he wacked them in with the palm of his hand, but suggested a hammer for anyone else. They have never come lose on our chair, I think the other reviewers havnt put the wheels in properly.

The t-bar is nice and secure, has two trays on top of each other so you can pop one in the sink for cleaning. Hi/Low feature, nothing has stained my chair, I use a disinfectant on it, wipes clean everytime.

I paid $189 for it not $300, and agree it is prob overpriced at that price.

I constantly get complements on it, and bub is nice and comfy in it. The white requires a lot of cleaning however it always looks stunning.

Love it, great

Summary: OK but Overpriced
June 20th, 2008

I was talked into buying this highchair by the owner of my local baby shop, she convinced me it was absolutely top of the range and actaully much much better than highchairs retailing for a higher price.I paid just under $300 for this highchair and in hindsight I would NOT have bought it, I much prefer the cheaper fisher-price rainforrest highchairs that a few of my friends have. It is a good enough chair, very comfortable and nice secure 5 point harness, however the back wheels were faulty, did not lock into place & CONSTANTLY fall off everytime I push the chair over the slightest bump, ie a join in the carpet or going from carpet to tiles. (This is not so much a problem if you are prepared to superglue them inplace, however i feel very strongly that if you pay $300 for a highchair you should NOT need to be gluing parts together when they are just meant to snap into place!)

Also I think the colours are a little tacky, the black & cream are shiny fake leather looking... A bit vulgar really.
