Summary: great nappy
May 1st, 2007
i use ecobots for my 6 month old daughter and think they are great. good fit, easy to put on, tabs are nice and sticky. As they are more degradable than other brands I think they are a great option for those who don't want to choose cloth.

Summary: Very absorbent and soft

VERY HAPPY WITH ECOBOTS

I use these for my 13 month old boy who is long and has very chubby thighs, and for night time for my 3 year old boy... they are extremely absorbent and the boys' sensitive skin doesn't seem to get a rash as they have from other nappies around the tab area. I don't feel so guilty about using disposables either! We love ecobots! Used to buy them at Woolworths who no longer stock them which is a pain, now we do all our shopping at Coles just to get these nappies

Summary: New Design not so Great
April 20th, 2007
BabyLove have recently changed the design of their EcoBots to make them more enviro-friendly, but while the change has made things better for the environment, they're not exactly the same quality as they have been in the past.

I found the nappies grip-tabs were weaker than they previously were, they were smaller too (meaning easier to tear off by a cheeky toddler) and they were less than satisfactory when it came to absorbancy.

The fit though... I find it generally good for a chubbier/taller child. Big bottoms are easily contained, and chubby thighs don't pose a problem. Taller bodies also don't have nasty butt-crack exposure either (as with smaller more "hipster" fit nappies.
