Summary: Great pram for walkers
May 3rd, 2007
I have used this pram since April 2005 and have used it almost daily since then.

I find it extremely easy to steer even when loaded beyond it's reccommended weight limit and both on and off road.

It has lasted very well and it I bothered to clean it a little more often it would look almost new again. the pop rivet that holds the pop stud to clip the boot cover to at the front foot of the pram as come off (quite early in the piece) and I could have got it fixed but it has not been a problem as the cover fits so snugly that it stays in place without it. The foam on the handle is also showing a little wear and tear mainly from being lifted in and out of the car.

It weighs approx 9 - 10kg and I find it very easy to lift but a shorter person may struggle (I'm 175cm tall).

The storage bag underneath is nice and big and I find the fact that it has a zip close 'lid' very useful for when I'm out in the rain or wanting to keep prying hands out (particularly on public transport) Also great that it can be completely removed and double as a back pack.

I paid $565 in late 2004 which included the pram the boot cover/snuggle window, storage basket and UV cover and handlebar thing. It has gone up in price quite a bit since then but I would still consider it value for money and buy it again.

Only accessory it would have been nice if it came with would have been a spare inner tube and a pump for the wheels.

I think this is a wonderful pram and have used it from when my daughter was newborn and plan to continue using it with the toddler seat when no.2 arrives. When my daughter was newborn we actually put one of those cocoon carrythings in the pram and held it in place with the handlebar. This made it extremely easy to remove a sleeping baby from the pram when needed. I have limited access to a car and walk almost everywhere so this pram has had a very good work out and it still in great shape. It is important to maintain good tyre pressure (better on the tyres and easier to push) and I have had to grease the front wheel axle a few times as well (silicon spray)

I would reccommend it to people who do a lot of walking, I've had this pram on trains, buses, ferriesa nd trams all with ease. I would not reccommend it to people who use the car a lot as it folds up quite long compared to other brands and if you are short can be quite difficult to lift.

Summary: I love my pram
March 23rd, 2007
Has a fantastic turning circle, can get round very tight corners easily and can steer it with one hand.

I have only had it for a year, but it has lasted well. The foam covering over the handle is damaged from getting it in and out of the boot. Cleaning take a bit of effort, but a bit of soap and water works wonders.

It took me a while to figure out how to collapse it, but once I did it fold flat easily. If the bag is on the bottom it can be a hassle and I'm continually breaking my nails undoing the clasps. I need to take all the wheels off to get it in our boot and when the toddler seat is on I need to take the pram handle off as well.

It only weighs 10kg, easy to carry up stairs if needed

Lots of storage, I can do a medium shop easily and often pack a whole days worth of food/clothes/nappies into the pram.

I think we paid $800 with the pram, toddler seat, accessory and postage, but it was well worth it as we use it all the time.

Suitable from birth - we used it straight away. Lies back to 15 degrees (as recommended by paediatricians) and has little windows to peak at baby through.

Accessories - we got the UV cover (great for summer and keeps the wind off), rain cover (has kept my baby dry in many heavy showers), snuggle blanket (lines the pram to keep baby warmer, and is easy to wash so keeps the pram cleaner), toddler seat (sits on top of pram with baby facing backwards - I love it as I can chat to my toddler while we walk along, she can turn her head if she wants to watch the world go by).

General comments - great if you're out of the house a lot, my baby sleeps in the pram regularly. Great getting up and down the uneven footpaths and easy to get up and down stairs. The adjustable handle keeps my 6 ft 3 husband happy. Would not want to have to put it in and out of the car everyday, having said that we've packed up for several week long trips with the pram, portacot, high chair and luggage and fitted it all in a Toyota Corolla lift back.
