The city mini double is great.  I use it for two 18 month olds.  It is super light and is very narrow when you fold it.  I can fit it in a very small space in my car.  Both seats lay down all the way and the back is open so the babies do not get too hot.  I love it mainly because it is so light and easy to manouver.  It is also very easy to fold.
