Hubbers tips:

I also keep my camera in there - that way it's on me at all times and at home I know exactly where it is! - SuPeRsTaRrR

In the bottom of his pram I keep a blanket and a muslin wrap. In the car I keep a small cosmetic bag with a few nappies, wipes, nappy sacks & a disposable change mat in case of emergencies. - MonkeysMama

As she got older I also put a sippy cup of water in the side part for her and a container with grapes or steamed apple or something for her to munch on - swimmingupstream

I always also keep $2-$3 in change in a pocket in the nappy bag, comes in handy when I'm low on change for parking meters - meeka2k

When DS was a baby and I was BF I also used to have a spare top for me in the nappy bag, in case I leaked or got leaked/chucked on. Needed it more than once too. - Bubbalugs#2

I generally have about 4 nappies for each of my two, wipes, vaseline, 1 x dummy, 2 x sippy cups with water, water bottle with spare water, snacks, sunscreen. - MagicalLeopluradon

When DD was a newbie I always carried a spare shirt and bra for me incase my boobs leaked through the breastpad, or I got puked/pee'ed on. - Merla

My must in the bag is papaw ointment. I swear by the stuff for nappy rash. - leightag
