We all know that eating a healthy breakfast is important. But did you know that each day 1 out of every 7 children heads off to school without having breakfast?1
Don’t you just wish that you could give all the kids a big bowl of cereal to provide them with essential nutrients and a nutritious start to their day?
Now, thanks to Kellogg’s and the Breakfasts for Better Days® initiative, you can help!
Kellogg’s has committed to donating 6 million serves of cereal to Foodbank, as part of this initiative in Australia.
How can you help?
For every specially marked box of cereal you buy, Kellogg’s will donate a serve. Here’s how it works:
- You buy a specially marked pack of Kellogg’s cereal.
- Kellogg’s donates a serve of cereal, Sultana Bran, Rice Bubbles or Corn Flakes, to Foodbank.
- Foodbank distributes the cereal to welfare agencies across Australia.
- Kids and families in need start their day with tasty breakfast cereal.
Breakfasts for Better Days is an initiative that makes hunger relief a signature cause of Kellogg’s.
By the end of 2016, Kellogg’s will provide 1 billion cereal and snacks servings to children and families in need around the world.
And by feeding your family you’ll be helping to feed those in need as well.
