We combine cardio, resistance training, pilates & yoga to strengthen & tone your whole body - with special focus on your abs & lower back. Choose one on one or small group training in our studio or Centennial Park. Too busy for classes? We can give you an exercise program for your home, gym or local park.

Mums & Bubs ExerciseHealthy mum, happy baby We will get you back in shape & feeling great ensuring you enjoy motherhood & long-term good health. Our sessions give you the strength & fitness to cope with all the bending, lifting and carrying that comes with being a new mum. Our supervised return to exercise-post vaginal or c-section delivery, varied timetable, flexible arrival time & baby-friendly trainers make it easy to take time out for your mind & body.
