CHARLTON BROWN ® College offers specialized training in Nanny’s, Child Care, Aged Care, Disability Work and Out of School Hours Care. Students can undertake study via full time and part time face to face training, external study, recognition of prior leaning (RPL), traineeships and various Government funded programs.
All of the courses on offer have been developed to be hands on, fun and flexible in order to meet the demands of the industry and its students and employees.

CHARLTON BROWN ® Nanny Agency was established to enable child care students to gain employment as a nanny upon completion of their studies. Today the Agency has grown into a national placement service, providing Australian and international families with carers in positions ranging from casual baby sits right through to permanent, full time and live-in positions. CHARLTON BROWN is also an approved care provider for both Approved and Registered Care through the Australian Government.

Our Nannies are fully screened prior to being employed by CHARLTON BROWN. Minimum requirements for employment include an appropriate child care qualification (minimum Certificate II level), a current Working with Children Check (subject to state legislative requirements), a current first aid certificate and medical clearance. Each nanny is interviewed and reference checked before being accepted for employment by CHARLTON BROWN.
