Parent Line

Parent Line is a telephone counselling, information and referral service for parents and carers of children aged 0 to 18 years, who live in NSW.

Our service is available to all carers, families, and professionals regardless of their cultural background. We often work with mums, dads, grandparents, step parents, friends, relatives, carers & workers in the field.

We have Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, French, German & Spanish counsellors.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week
