Because of the special conditions of pregnancy, and in the immediate postnatal period, we suggest using only a practioner specifically trained in pregnancy massage or postnatal massage during this time. It is recommended that you wait until the end of your first trimester (12 weeks) before seeking any form of pregnancy massage.
