Hoyts Distribution is excited to announce in October it will be releasing ASTRO BOY. A hit with families, tweens and teens, Astro Boy is brought to you by the studio which produced the #1 box office hit Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the directing/producing team of "Flushed Away".
ASTRO BOY is THE superhero origin story about a young robot with incredible powers and his adventure-filled journey in search of his identity and destiny. Our hero embarks on a journey in search of adventure in a netherworld of robot gladiators, before he returns to save Metro City.
The animation, starring Nicolas Cage, Kirsten Bell and Freddie Highmore, will enjoy a national release with screenings across all cinemas.
