Default Garlic and ginger

Just wondering can babies handle things like garlic and ginger mixed in with their veges. My dd is 5.5mths old and has a cold and thought these things might help her shake it.

I don't see why not. If you made it quite mild for your taste she should handle it ok?
Poor little Jasmine...

Hi

Just want to say thanks for replying to me.I haven't tried the ginger yet but have been putting small amounts of garlic in her veges.I also have been putting it in her avocado. She eats it fine.
She is over her cold now.But has just started teething.

Thanks Coopsntilly for saying that.I think your little girl looks very sweet too and I love her hat.
