Hi
You can do this with Chickpeas or any beans really. Carrot finely chopped Onion finely chopped - only a little bit 1 small tomato either fresh or tinned - tinned is better as no skin potato finely chopped and either broccoli or cauliflower chopped Cooked lentils - either tinned or some you've soaked and boiled until soft Cover with water and simmer until vegies soften Top up water a bit and add macaroni When cooked give it a quick wizz in the food processor or fork mask The whole family can eat this one |

I just wanted to say I made the 'lovely lentils' today and they are absolutely delicious. Elizabeth gobbled them up, and so did Mummy! Thanks for a great recipe.
