Default Have you ever made something and it turned out all wrong?

Well today i made Blueberry pancakes just the one you add water too and ummmmm i'm not a good cook and they all turned to a Big blob so i called them blobs and my girls ate them all up

All the time, recipes tend to evolve. The trick is not to tell people what you are cooking until there is a finished product, that way if it is completely different to what you intended to cook no-one knows!

hmm my cakes always sink in the middle... or fall apart when i take them out of the cake tin

speaking of blueberries..........when I was about 12 I made mum a batch of blueberry muffins on mothers day. I accidently used bi carb instead of baking powder........they came oout with a lovely green tinge to them and were kind of salty - yum!

I know what you mean. It is quite disappointing. I tried to make a Mickey Mouse birthday cake and it looked possessed, very scarey. He loved it though - no accounting for taste

Once while trying to make a chocolalate cream cake filling, I whipped it so hard that it turned to butter! I'm obviously an overly enthusiastic baker
