Try looking up the Cake Decorator's Society in your area.
We had our wedding cake made by a lady from the society in Melbourne and it was absolutely gorgeous and very reasonably priced.
Good luck!

I saw the cutest little cup cake Elmos at a birthday party recently they were so cute I felt bad eating them LOL

I asked where they were from and she gave me this web site www.weelittlemorsels.com.au

I also found a great website with lots of themed stuff (cups, plates, balloons, party favours etc etc) at www.themepartiesgalore.com.au

Hope this helps

Just for something different, Wendy's Ice Cream Shops makes ice cream cakes to order and I am sure they can do Elmo ones. They are able to do anything you choose really.

We had a Bob the Builder made for my BIL party. Mind you he is not very handy with tools and he is 38 years old LOL.
