Default Girl/boy diet???

My dear cousin who is trying to have her first baby asked me what sort of foods you can eat to encourage a female baby…

Dumfounded …. I turn to bubhub.

Is there such a thing? If so what are they as I would like a boy next…

Hi, I have read about this and am going to try it for our next bub (will be happy with whatever we get so long as they are healthy though).

There's a heap of info available online and some published books that you can find in most major bookstores. Try searches using the terms 'Shettles method', 'gender diet', 'preconception care'.

GIRL DIET

NO SALT! NO SALT!
NO PROCESSED FOODS! like sausage rolls and biscuits. Stick to salad rolls and fruit and vegies and chicken.
PROTEIN shakes
+
1000mg Vit C a day
1000mg Folate!!!!!!! << girl magic

BOY DIET
SALT< SALT and MORE SALT! Eat lots of processed foods, cakes, biscuits, drink coffee LOTS and hardly touch any fruit and go easy on folate .. just take the min only!

good luck.
