Default school holidays - help meeee

ok.. I think i need to plan the June/July holidays
Only one week left of school, then they are home for 2 weeks

I don't want moaning and groaning saying they are bored.. does anyone know of any events coming up on the hols? something i can take them to? i think i might stock up on paint and paper too.lol that doesn't help much with my 8yr old boy though, he gets bored very easily, and I don't want him sitting in front of the nintendo all day ggrrr

Maybe we should all get together over the holidays? I see some of you have older kids too

We might put DS into a Soccer camp that runs every day of the last week of HOL's 9am-3pm @ Kawana. Need to see if it fits into the budget and if he behaves leading up to it.

Otherwise we should get together maybe a couple of times during holidays. Let 'em run around together like crazy-wear them out so we can get a little peace every so often.

My DH and DS love going fishing- BUT you can only fish sooo much.

Any other hubbies/partners that enjoy fishing??? We could send all the Men off with the kids fishing and we could all sit around having a good old natter OR go shopping!!!!
Raising Children isn't the only way to go crazy,
    BUT it's certainly the fastest!!!!

I recommend going onto the kids spot website and doing a search of schoolholiday activities in your area!
