Default Baby Target Mac Square Clinic

If your a Macarthur mummy or daddy you might be aware that they have closed down the parents room and clinic in Baby Target. A pain really considering the lack of factilities there, despite the revamp! Anyway, in case you are wondering, the clinic has moved upstairs on level three. Take the lift up next door to Fone Zone.

    Hope this helps, Kate

Hi, I went there once when O was very little and still bfing (as the inlaws live out that way) and I had to feed O in this shabby little room adjoining the toliet so every man, women and child walked passed me!!! I was very unhappy to say the least!

For a brand new centre it was very disappointing

Well they have just done all these million dollar reno's with all these new shops etc and not one parents room was added! There are only 2 in the whole thing and in the new part they have put in only a life which all the teenagers love to ride so u have to wait 30mins to get on, otherwise walk about 1 km to change levels! A joke hey?

Kate, I too am very frustrated about the new extentions on mac square.
Very nice of people to take the lift when they can ride the escellators 12 times in the same time they wait for the lift and take up valuable pram and trolley space! THAT really ticks me off! Em still goes in the pram when we are out cos of her total lack of wanting to walk beside me (she is a runner and will bolt at every chance! and it's very hard for a hippo such as myself to be constantly running after her!)

I thought they had put in a new parents room up at the new food court area, that was what I was told anyway, but I hadn't had a chance to check it out yet. I'm sure it said that in the new brochure
Might have to check it out again..??

I hope thats right, i haven't found it but thats not to say it isn't there - you know sleep deprived haze and all! The other two smell. Was in the dj's one today and it was so ridiculously busy!

I bet you can't wait for D Day! It must be terrible to be so preggers in this heat! I was dying in oct and nov!

    Nope can't wait!
I have used the one in dj's twice! And each time it was gross! I don't think anyone ever cleans it

Auugh please dont get me started on parents rooms !!!!
I always carry extra nappy wipes to wipe down the counter tops etc even though i put a mat down etc especially now bubs is older so he likes to touch everything close !!!! I swear they never clean them enough !
Yeah i had to say i was really pi$$ed about the new reno's especially the lift saga !!! So i just use the escalators & i swear im waiting on the day one person says i shouldnt be doing it or im blocking their way !!!!! Its the same with the lifts at train stations i dont know how many times ive used my death stare at people who just use it because they cant be bothered using the stairs !!! Ive grumbled loudly as a few times ive missed connecting trains etc due to this really annoys me !!!! One woman one day with her bubs said to a group of people filing into the lift who had no reason to use it " Yeah well i WISH i could use the stairs !!!!" everyone just looked at her like she was rude & im like " i know what you mean !!!" people even do it with my mum who is disabled !!!! Amazing !!!!

It is amazing how they build baby rooms but dont have neough room for 2 prams to pass each other. you would think being a baby room they would expect a lot of prams to go in there. I have nver used the clinic when it is open, i jsut take Ella in there and weigh her when it was shut but the feeding room was way to small.

But even in shops lik target, baby target and especially kmart and coles their aisles are way to small. I was in target in ctown mall the other day in the baby blankets, bottles etc section and there was no room. I couldnt even get up some of the aisles and i only have a single pram but im pregnant with twins so im really gonna suffer in a couple of months when i have the double pram.

Baby section aisles needot be wider and change rooms everywhere.

MAc Sq oh boy, i stay away if i can even though they have revamped nothing seems to be handy, i much prefer the Mall, the mothers room is usually very clean.

    Cheers
