    Question Present ideas for Prac?

I am studying Primary Teaching and am currently on Prac. I have only 1 week left and would like to get my 2 teachers a present each as a thankyou for all their help and guidance, and for also lending me their class!! But..... I am lost for ideas!

Do any of you wonderful bubhubbers know what I can get them???

The kids are easy. I am just going to get them lollies etc.

You can get these beautiful willow tree angel figurines. There is one called the Angel of Learning which I think would be a great present for a teacher. I have seen you can get them at myer.

I had a few prac students and the best present I got was a voucher for a manicure! Something irrelevant to teaching is nice.....

I recieved a really nice pen from one of my prac students, and my intern gave me toys for Ella. I liked the personal thought in the pressies.

I gave one of mine a plant once, because she'd mentioned that she loved a certain kind of daisy bush. Is there something that they're particularly keen on? I agree that something NOT to do with teaching would be a great idea

Something edible (ie. choccies, bickies, etc) or make something for a morning tea, ie cake or something. A pen is also a good idea. A plant or flowers is a nice idea TL.

Just a suggestion with the kids - cheapy pencils/pens go down a treat, then you dont have to deal with any 'hyper' reactions to lollies and such, and its something for the children to keep and remember. Just a thought anyway.

The last prac I was on I bought a book for the school library, I made sure they didnt have it first and then I labelled it with my thanks and my name and the date.
