in a way to help myself overcome my [insert polite word here] birth...

i have empowered myself by letting go & deleting all the research stuff i did before my bub was born..
but
remembering the time it took, of constant searching i had to do to gain all these, i thought i would gift them to other 'info-sponge' mums to be!

i think a couple of these have been linked before, but i know its much easier for busy mums to have them all in one spot..

btw:
despite my 'personal' choice of pro-natural birth.. i dont believe these are bias links.. they contain information which are helpful for &/or against your decision.. vb's, c/s, vbac's....
