Oh YEAH.
Try this one, I've made it three times. It's purely evil but easy as, and it usually only lasts 2 days in our house LOL.
ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE (SFI)
200g dark chocolate chopped
200g butter, chopped
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups castor sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup plain sifted flour
1/4 cup sifted self raising flour
180g white or milk chocolate melts
1 cup walnuts (this is optional, I never put them in and it's fine)
* Preheat oven to 180. Grease and line a slice pan (mine is 16.5 x 26cm)
* Combine chopped chocolate and butter in a microwave safe heatproof bowl. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring with a metal spoon every minute until melted. Stir till smooth
*Add cocoa and sugar to chocolate mix. Stir until dissolved. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition
*Add flours, stir until just combined. Fold in white/milk chocolate melts and walnuts if you're using them
*Spread into pan and bake 30-35 minutes. Cool completely in pan before cutting into squares.
I made this the other day and I put macadamia nuts over the top and OMG it was delish.
You can also use milk chocolate, I've done that too.

Someone else posted this recipe a while ago and I tried them, they are fabulous.
Rasberry-spiked chocolate brownies
200g dark chocolate, chopped
250g butter (yeah these are healthy ones )
1 3/4 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
1 1/3 cups plain flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted
1 1/2 cup rasberries, fresh or frozen (I used mixed berries)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Place chocolate and butter in small saucepan over low heat and stir until melted and smooth.
Place in a bowl with the sugar and eggs.
Sift over flour, baking powder and cocoa and mix to combine.
Pour into 23cm greased square cake tin lined with non stick baking paper (I used rectangle cake tin, think it was 26 X 20cm).
Top the mixture with the rasberries and bake for 45 mins or until set.
Brownies should be very fudgey in the middle.....
* No need to defrost frozen berries and stores well in air tight container, after a couple of days heat up in microwave and top with cream
I've got a yum brownie recipe somewhere but it looks like you have a few already. If you are after a delish dessert, grab two brownie squares and some ice cream (make sure it is frozen solid). Cut a square of ice-cream the same size as your brownie. Place one warm (But not hot) brownie on a plate, top with ice cream square, top with the other brownie and drizzle some chocolate sauce over the top. Finish by dusting it with some icing sugar. It's yum and looks very speccy if you are having guests over for dinner!!
