    Default Taslon or ripstop?

Can anyone enlighten me as to differences, pros/cons and such of these 2 materials as a waterproofer in a nappy cover?

they're more water-resistant than waterproof. taslon is generally longer lasting than ripstop, ripstop has a tendancy to stop working so well once it's been washed a number of times. personally i prefer 2 layers of polar fleece - just make sure at least 1 layer is reasonably decent quality fleece.
