AF came - No more TTC til 31 Aug 06

Well AF arrived, right smack bang on time too. Thus endorsing the realisation that any thought, hope or dream of TTC before September are out the window.

I just counted the amount of days DH and I have left together until the 31st of August 06 when he gets home. We have 22 days left together. And of those 22 days, 15 we are both working....

Sorry to whine and whinge, but

Bummer, Ally.

I know it seems like such a long time, but if you focus on using it to get your body as healthy as possible for pregnancy before he gets back, at least it can be productive time. And I can tell you that at 23 weeks, my DH is really enjoying my pregnancy - watching the baby move when we lie in bed at night and feeling her kicks - it would be a shame for Grant to miss out on all that.

So sorry Ally, I don't know how armed forces personell have a family life sometimes.. I really feel for you. we're here if you need a shoulder or a friendly ear.

In the meantime the most useful thing I did ttc my son was arm myself with Tonnes of info on my cycle etc, if you can, start charting your bbt, it helps soooo much! By the time DH gets back you'll know EXACTLY when you o and can get right down to... *ahem* buisness!

Thanks girls. I think your right. I am gonna use this time to get myself back on the healthy track. Will chart all, get myself primed to be a fit and healthy mamma!

To be quite honest - I am TERRIFIED about trying again. I really want to - and I was upset when AF arrived, but I am scared about winding up in hospital and losing another baby and my remaining tube.

I think I will get a kitten on the weekend to keep me company until he gets back.

Careful with a cat though, have to watch out for toxoplasmosis, very dangerous for when you do get pregnant.
